A Celebration of the Life of Ecofeminist Karen Warren

Cortney S. Warren, board certified clinical psychologist and Adjunct Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas), published a touching tribute to her mother, pioneer ecofeminist Karen Warren, in Psychology Today. Karen Warren passed away on August 21st, 2020 from a neurodegenerative illness (Multiple Systems Atrophy).

Karen Warren has published more than 40 articles, including the popular articles “Feminism and Ecology: Making Connections” and “The Promise and Power of Ecofeminism.” She also edited Ecofeminist Philosophy: A Western Perspective on What It Is and Why It Matters (2000).
